@hywan@floss.social IANAL, but I took away from a commercial training on #AI and copyright that AI-generated works (code or other) can _never_ claim copyright on their own merits, because intellectual property is something that (current) legislation world wide can only assign to human persons. If it's not created by a human, it cannot be copyrighted. Hope I didn't get that wrong.

You're not in control of your digital fate unless you're entitled to see and modify the sources of your complete software stack. Der Zugang zu dieser Technologie muss oberste Priorität haben. KI kann und muss zur Stärkung der Cybersicherheit genutzt werden." wäre es hoch interessant zu wissen, wie genau das umsetzbar sein soll - denn genau darin, dass alle Frontier-Modelle in privatwirtschaftlicher Hand, und noch dazu unter außereuropäischer Jurisdiktion stehen, liegt ja das Problem. Lasst uns das Problem lösen, indem es kein Problem mehr ist? #digitalsovereignty #claudemythos

But especially the advice to publish the value of your own password—even if it looks like an inconspicuous IPv6 address—in a public database such as the DNS seems to me about as smart as investing your entire fortune in AI stocks. If you have trouble remembering your passwords, you should use more modern alternatives such as passkeys, or use a password manager.
