They often have hard criticisms, but always always there is some discordant "balance" arguments in there. Some of them now have segments of "the actually good use case for genai actually"

@zzt@mas.to Cognitive chain smokers. It doesn't help that they sprayed perfume all over the seats and ran the AC on full blast before returning my car. I can fucking tell that they smoked in it despite my insistent pleading not to. Yet they think they have gotten away with it because to their yellow-tinted sense of smell it smells mildly of roses.

When a moderator is using LLM in a moderation *context* and it is called an *experiment* by other moderators, everyone else considers that to be moderators using LLM when moderating. Holding on to the notion that it's not, doesn't come off as owning the mistake. It would help to admit it first, then move the conversation on.
