They claim it's just because "reselling the used antiques would be too much effort", but we all know they just want to be the only people who've ingested that content into their slop machine. Training data exclusivity is the next new marketing ploy.

@ret@furry.engineer @stuartl@mastodon.longlandclan.id.au I've mostly given up on tools like rspamd/spamassassin etc.. so many newsletters and info mails from legit companies score higher on those than the actual blackmail/scam/malvertisement mails.
I'm currently trialling a sort of whitelist.. since 95% of all legit mails contain my name somewhere, I'm filtering on that to go into the regular inbox, everything else goes to spambox by default. Far less effort so far to pick out the few wrongly accused ones.

Klassisches Faschisten-Playbook.. erstmal Medien und Kritiker diskreditieren, dann mit Lügen auf Kundenfang gehen.

The amusing part is that they call me a pervert, even though *they* allegedly recorded me fapping. (when none of my PCs have a webcam, mind you..)

@ret@furry.engineer Being a kid of the 80s, I grew up with lots of German pop music and whatever international charts hits our radio stations imported.
My first own album was a vinyl pack of synthesizer cover versions, which got me heavily into Electronica (Kraftwerk, Jarre, Vangelis..) that I'm still a big fan and collector of nowadays.
Over the decades I went through Techno (90s) and Metal (00s) phases, but neither of these ever fully converted me over.

@isotopp@infosec.exchange Den Teil hab ich schon lang aufgegeben, weil egal wo man hinschaut, die ganze AI Advocacy immer drauf raus läuft "aber man kann das doch auch so benutzen dass kein Müll dabei rauskommt!"
Dass der Aufwand dafür (von den technischen und sozialen Nebenkosten ganz abgesehen) signifikant über dem liegt, was ein Mensch von Hand für die Aufgabe gebraucht hätte, ist dann egal.

Dass v6 trotzdem irgendwie nicht ausm Quark kommt, sagt ne Menge über die Sturheit von Admins und die Qualität des Protokolls aus..
