@daisy Where we find it saves the most coding time is with proofs of concept. We can rapidly stand up something that at least shows the concept is viable, or looks pretty to a client, before we knuckle down and do the real work.

@daisy The thing that stumps my coworkers when they paste responses from LLMs to me is me asking for evidence it's correct. Me: "Where's the corroborating evidence? Can you link me to the documentation that supports this?" Them: "Huh?" Me: >:-(

I've been telling myself for years the reason I don't migrate to #firefox is because it doesn't have a usable profile UI.

Though, the more and more I see of their governance and business model, perhaps I have a more persuasive reason now.

A new browser codebase can not come soon enough.

Does anyone know of an editor like vscode, but it doesn't keep throwing pop-ups over top of where you're looking?

I know it's trying to be helpful, but this modern editor attitude of "anywhere you lay your mouse must trigger a context pop-up" is just infuriating.

@pfmoore I figure there's no need to go any more complex than is helpful. Splitting your JS and CSS into separate files helps keep things orderly, and can benefit caching. If later it becomes useful to split your JS further, to make it easier to manage, do so; consider a sub directory - again, for your convenience, only. It's highly unlikely you'll scale to a point where splitting up files will make any significant performance difference, so make life easier on you, the maintainer.
