If they could build a railroad, which requires gentle grades, through mountain ranges, they can also build paths with grades gentle enough for #wheelchairs , etc. Ability is not the problem. #accessibility

"UN: Israeli war on Gaza leaves tens of thousands with hearing impairments NEW YORK, June 27, 2026 (WAFA) – The United Nations revealed on Saturday that tens of thousands of people in the Gaza Strip have suffered hearing impairments as a result of repeated explosions caused by Israeli occupation airstrikes in the enclave since October 2023. The United Nations stated in a report issued on the occasion of the International Day of Deafblindness, marked annually on June 27, that many persons with disabilities in Gaza have lost their assistive devices, including wheelchairs and hearing aids.
