The US Postal Service (USPS) published a proposed rule to allow the federal government to control who can cast a mail-in or absentee ballot. States would have to send a list of every voter slated to receive a ballot by mail to the USPS.
Public comments are now being accepted on this rule. See link for info on how to send an email with your comment.

The SAVE act has been passed by Congress but has yet to be introduced on the senate floor. There are 278 days until election day. The SAVE act will be something that the GOP deploys between now and November 3rd. Voter disenfranchisement is a multi-pronged attack.
