GEMA gewinnt vor Gericht zunächst gegen Suno: „Das Verbot betrifft demnach auch die Verwendung der Werke beim Training des von Suno betriebenen KI-Modells. (1/4) L'autre jour, au restaurant, les haut-parleurs diffusaient une sélection agréable de morceaux de soul-funk. Mais au bout d'un moment, je sens qu’il y a quelque chose qui cloche: les arrangements varient peu, les compos sont très homogènes, et les morceaux (courts) finissent systématiquement en queue de poisson. I've been seeing a lot of people online comparing us #VocalSynth producers to people who use #GenerativeAI platforms like #Suno. Programs like #Vocaloid and #SynthV require you to manually write in notes, pitch curves, and everything that makes a vocal performence sound good by hand. We don't type text prompts and hit generate to have it spit out recycled content. That comparison is harmful and insulting to those of us who put in time and effort into our craft. Knock it off. #Music
