hi fedi, been quite a while since i made a beg post / mutual aid post but its getting dire recently. please boost my post :boost:
today i had a lot of money auto paid on a couple important subscriptions i cant just give up, and i really would appreciate a bit of donations to help alleviate the costs of these. im running low more and more on money and i have necessities i need to afford and things like my only home rn (my small car, car reg soon, and car insurance) to pay which cost a lot too, and i need to afford cheap food.
today my yearly email infra (migadu) renewed for $90 USD this year and my quarterly phone plan renewed for ~$110 USD. i also had an unexpected credit card payment for $71 dollars that i thought i blocked from paying but it somehow slipped through. ive given up paying my credit cards since ive been drowning in tons of debt and just letting them get sold to collections since my life isnt worth dying over a credit card company and i just wanna pay for my important necessities.
i also tend to try and support my sister a little bit when feasible. i dont have any savings. im disabled with inattentive adhd, autism, general depression, a terrible drug addiction, and physical foot problems.

today i had a lot of money auto paid on a couple important subscriptions i cant just give up, and i really would appreciate a bit of donations to help alleviate the costs of these. im running low more and more on money and i have necessities i need to afford and things like my only home rn (my small car, car reg soon, and car insurance) to pay which cost a lot too, and i need to afford cheap food.
today my yearly email infra (migadu) renewed for $90 USD this year and my quarterly phone plan renewed for ~$110 USD. i also had an unexpected credit card payment for $71 dollars that i thought i blocked from paying but it somehow slipped through. ive given up paying my credit cards since ive been drowning in tons of debt and just letting them get sold to collections since my life isnt worth dying over a credit card company and i just wanna pay for my important necessities.
i also tend to try and support my sister a little bit when feasible. i dont have any savings. im disabled with inattentive adhd, a terrible drug addiction, and physical foot problems.
my really terrible situation started when i was laid off from my tech job in october 2025 right before my birthday and i havent been able to find a job for months now, unemployment payments ended for me in february and i am currently just living off my remaining tax return money which is not a lot at this point. my parents arent interested in supporting me or helping me out since they want me to live in fucking florida instead of up north in queer friendly states.
i used to work on projects like the conduwuit matrix homeserver and host the conduwuit public matrix homeserver. i used to work on grapheneos and was also a community moderator. i currently work on the tuwunel matrix homeserver and im a vern.cc admin. there were also some smaller projects in the past that some might recognise me from. if you appreciate or appreciated any of these projects or my work, or use my work, a donation would be absolutely great.

He's a rescue, found in Saskatchewan last winter. We've had him for a week already and he's pretty well settled which has been great. And, despite his size, he's really very gentle which is wonderful ❤️ he's also annoyingly clever and smart.

This is what progress looks like.
#WillowTheSprocker is not trying to maul, chase, or otherwise harass Benedict Gingercat. (In this one precise moment.) She is learning “leave it” and “calm”.
It’s for her own safety, honestly. Ben is a #MaineCoon cross and is bigger than the #puppy. For now.
It should also be noted that Ben is being a complete dick about it all and doing such things as drinking out of the dog’s water bowl - I’ve had him for 9 years now and he has NEVER drank out of a bowl before now - and sitting on whatever piece of furniture is above where the dog is lying, dangling his tail down and wafting it in front of the dog to make her want to chase it. Dog gets reprimanded and cat strolls away. Smirking.
