Another #tavour selection, it’s #evilTwinBrewing so it caught my attention Jarnit Family Beer Syroût Interesting turn on a stout, fruity plum opener, hints of chocolate and dark pepper. Hides its 12% ABV well in a creamy body with a tart finish. #itsAlwaysStoutSeason #craftBeer #stout

I have been somewhat on the fence about Dageraad the last few years. Love their "10 degree' but many of their others acquired a leaning towards a sour - which is not my thing. Fast forward to now: I tried their Anti-Goon which is an absolutely fantastic triple. Highly recommend. Juniper berry, apricot, hint of guava. Absolutely fantastic find- Golden Ale from Bridge Brewing in North Vancouver. Tingly laurel and speculaas and hoppy headiness, one of the best new beers in a while. To call is an Ale is the understatement of the year, nectar of the Gods would be closer. #craftbeer #northvancouver

I say #itsAlwaysStoutSeason but even I may need to tap out today. 93F air temp plus 75% humidity feels like 96F. And we are going to 96F by dinner time. Sadly, I’ll stay inside with my 2024 #GooseIsland Macaroon #stout Chocolate with big hits of ginger and bourbon even 2+ years on the shelf. Prohibition Porter by Liberty Brewing 🇳🇿 has a special place in my hoppy & malty heart. Their 2017 edition is where it all started... Seeing the beauty that lies in darkness. Barrel aged magic. This 2022 version was the last one of my Prohibition Porter stash... And the last of the bottled version.
