Union und SPD hatten sich auf eine Erhöhung des BAföG-Satzes geeinigt. Doch Forschungsministerin Bär glaubt nicht, dass die Reform noch kommt. Dafür gebe es in den Fraktionen keine Unterstützung mehr. Bär hält das für nachvollziehbar.
