I was bored waiting on my AI to do some work yesterday (software developer) so I used the time to make this cute A8 sketchbook from Khadi 150gsm cotton paper. Reworked my sketches from yesterday. Turns out, if you pick up the paint directly from the watercolour pencil core it can go on top, whereas with this paper you somehow cannot add a second layer with the pencils directly. #art #artist #sketch #sketching #painting #landscape #urbansketch #urbansketching #pencil #watercolorpencil #watercolourpencil

Playing around with my granulating watercolour palette. Still need to figure it out completely. This turned out a bit too dark and muddy, I think.

Khadi 150gsm paper in A7. Fun deckled edges. It buckles like crazy when wet, but dries almost completely flat.

I made another watercolour sketchbook. 80 pages of A5 using Khadi 100% cotton 150gsm paper. The deckled edges look cool and work well with the DIY vibe of the rest of the book.
