We hosted some friends recently to watch Over the Garden Wall as a nice October tradition. I want this to become a regular thing and honestly, this is the biggest reason I’d want to upgrade our already pretty cozy living room. (https://travissouthard.com/?p=1367)

I use a phone with a square screen and recently switched to a minimal launcher. I like the launcher and appreciated being able to pare down the visuals, but then looking at just the white text on a black screen was too minimal. So I drew out this cute mallard duck and box turtle to liven up the screen. Very happy with how they came out and a great exercise in 1-bit techniques. (https://travissouthard.com/?p=1308) #pixelart

Ruby asked me to help her get her vision for a new website for her business up and running. I got to do one of my favorite web developer activities: She gave me some mockups and I worked for a weekend to make it happen.
