Does anyone know why is there so many empty spaces in big Japanese cities in OSM? Even in Tokyo there's a lot of places without any buildings. It seems very strange given that there is a lot of good official GSI imagery and even maps available to mappers

@0xabad1dea russian Wiki and a few art cites suggest those a just a few warriors listening to a blind musician, probably inspired by "The Tale of Igor's Campaign"

Oof, 270 pages sound hefty! Luckily I'm into this kind of stuff so will check it out, thanks! :)

What is the latest best (or old and proven well) way to self-host an e-mail server on a VPS? Using an e-mail provider seems to be out of option since the best once are blocked here if you're not behind a VPN :\

@cwebber what is an "ATmosphere"? Genuine question, kinda hard to find it cause the name is so general. Is it this conference or something else?

@hongminhee to be honest, I've never understood hashtags neither in the text of the message itself nor at the end. What is the use case? Never used them to search anything in the social networks. And if you use them you'll end up with something too broad or too specific.
What do people use them for? Except for making fun of terminally online in spoken comedy stuffing their phases with "hashtag this just happened hashtag lmao".
