I did a test roll in the Electro Spotmatic the other day :3 stuck at ISO 400ish and so running a roll of HP5 with a then-busted lens (Takumar 35/3.5 that was unable to open wider than 5.6 <.<). Only one turned out such that I wanna share it from that lens, but still :3

These were all taken on auto exposure except for the last one in this set :3 the one of the moon was taken on a Tele-Takumar 300 wide open at I think 1/60th or 1/125th

The lens is fixed now though and working almost perfectly :3 the aperture just opens back up a little slow thanks to some mechanicals needing some cleaning

Fixed up two SLR lenses today, now I find myself with 8 cameras on the healing bench @.@

One just needs a couple of screws and it's good to sell
One needs leatherette and a shim and to be called "yeah the light meter's dead"
One needs the light meter tuned
One needs the galvanometer either fixed or scrapped...still works on manual but the auto exposure is seriously borked...
Two need mechanical alignment in the shutter and at the bottom of the camera
Two need their shutters cleaned and lubricated

And that's just the ones I'm not keeping @.@

I might have a problem, heck <.<

@tursiae@meow.social I also need to rant about one of those oh my dog my working is either the "wrong" approach (read: simplified or a route that confuses people but works somehow) or it's a rube goldberg machine that we don't have enough paper on this campus for nor enough time left in the year so maths teachers can take my "I understand this intuitively" and fuck off :3

It's a long shot but it's worth a try I guess

Is anyone out there in Sydney hiring helpdesk staff, admin staff, data entry or live events/AV staff?

I have a degree in broadcast media and several years of experience across helpdesk, data recovery and admin in general. I've done live events AV stuff through uni and through fandom conventions as well.
