@arichtman@eigenmagic.net fair enough, personally i don't think i really trust them with the clients either it's possible to fork or build new clients using the api but at this point i think i would rather switch to chipass or something

@argv_minus_one@mastodon.sdf.org @kimapr@ublog.kimapr.net @soft@normal.style firefox actually seems to completely ignore other formats no matter what $ wl-copy images/grrreat.jpg -t image/jpeg $ wl-paste -l image/jpeg i cannot paste this, nothing happens if i pass image/png instead, the paste succeeds but it passes that type on to the site and the image can’t be decoded afterwards edit: same behavior with chromium

@oddtail I'm still pre transition but I've known for about 5 years now and this still hasn't changed for me, every time I doubt my transness it keeps coming back I have friends who are seemingly indecisive about their gender but I know exactly what's going on with them, because, been there done that figuring all of this out takes time, making peace with it all is tough, but nothing can invalidate those feelings in the long run :neocat_heart:

@netspooky@haunted.computer I don't exactly read this as a lack of a usb port but as a "don't bother since it has wifi", it even has the little arrow showing that you can peel it off they wouldn't need to re-engineer anything if all they did was to remove the usb connector and block off the hole so it's entirely plausible that they could do this if they really wanted to
