Ever so often my brain decides to remind me that being a system is absolutely a mental health issue.
I was fine for the first few hours today. Then noon to five is "giant nebulous blur, but I'm vaguely aware I was tired and crying."
I think it's just because I have slept poorly the last two nights in a row and the cumulative effect of that gets really bad. I'm gonna try and force myself to sleep early tonight and hope that fixes it but oof fuck.
So one thing I don't talk about very much is that I learned hypnosis through being groomed and abused by a hypnotist. I learned how to do hypnosis to reclaim the power that was taken from me. I'm not gonna get into it on this post. Maybe another one. But this has led to me having a deep-seated distrust of other hypnotists.
And end of the day, that's a me problem.
In a discord server I'm in, another hypontist was talking about what she's done recently, I chatted with, she asked if she could DM to compare notes tist to tist... and I said sure.
This is honestly a big step for me. Forcing myself to overcome that fear the only way I know how - by rushing in headlong.
