"Three West London councils were the target of a cyber attack that triggered warnings to local authorities across the capital, according to an affected organisation. Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and Westminster City Council (WCC) "are responding to a cyber security issue", an RBKC spokesperson said in a statement on Tuesday evening (November 25) while Hammersmith and Fulham Council has also reportedly been affected."
