@TindrasGrove@infosec.exchange @metacurity@infosec.exchange I think currently the users are on the hook for this - the AI companies have a lot of disclaimers, users accepted them, the hack went from the user's device, it's like damage caused by negligence ... maybe the disclaimers should say "AI may make mistakes and also you are responsible for all the crimes it does" otherwise I don't know what else could make the users finally stop trusting it so much. But who knows what the lawyers will come up with, could be anything.
