Good. The people who tried to play traffic control by blocking his path on the shoulder shouldn't have done that. It's technically illegal, among other reasons.
But that doesn't mean they deserved to be threatened at gunpoint over it. This officer deserves a fair trial followed by a fair and harsh sentence.

Had there been an honest accounting of the war crimes committed during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, I think we'd be in a much better place today. Instead, we got someone like Trump who saw there was no accountability for presidential administrations and decided to run that football all the way to Iran. Along the way, he's destroying everything Americans once claimed to hold dear an enriching himself while he does it.

As far as legalities go, unless the datacenter's owners are also on the ocean floor, they'll have to comply with their country's law enforcement regardless of where the data resides.

I love this dog, and I love this shelter's description of him. I wish I was in a place where I could adopt. This shelter seems like it's run by the absolute best people. Off topic, but I wanted to compliment you on the shirt you wear in your profile pic. I had that exact same shirt and another Mozilla shirt in white, and I wore both of them out until they were faded and riddled with holes. I'm glad yours has fared better over the years.
