@sonjalemke@ruhr.social Wie viel von dem Vorhaben umgesetzt wurde, weiß ich nicht. Heute wird davon jedenfalls wenig übrig sein... Also in der Politik und unter der aktuellen Regierung. Auf https://floksociety.org/ ist das Projekt und der Prozess dokumentiert. Es gibt ein Buch, das die Ergebnisse zusammenfasst https://book.floksociety.org/ec/ Dabei handelt es sich allerdings um eine zensierte Version der Ergebnisse. Alles auf Spanisch.

@sonjalemke@ruhr.social 2013 hatte die damalige Regierung #Ecuador|s ein interessantes Projekt gestartet: "#SumakYachay - #FLOKsociety (Free/Libre Open Knowledge) - hacia una matriz productiva del conocimiento común y abierto en Ecuador". Einer der Forschungsbereiche waren "Infraestructuras técnicas abiertas y libres" Am Ende stand u.a. eine policy zu "Conectividad. Accesibilidad, soberanía y autogestión de las infraestructuras de comunicación".
