One year ago, on Feb. 15/25, the MSC Baltic III container ship grounded in Cedar Cove, off Western Newfoundland. 20 crew members were rescued. On Friday, I co-hosted a radio special from Lark Harbour, a town of about 500 that’s changed a lot in the past year.
