cancer boy in chemo land Sensitive

So I finally got the news from the surgeon and it has progressed enough that the "surgery only" route is off the table. Supposedly the best path is chemo for four months, radiation for two months, then surgery. I could do surgery first, but would still have to do same chemo and radiation so... might as well go with the route that is supposed to have the highest chance of remission if I have to do chemo at all.

Hey Folks! One of my constant laments is how there just isn't "enough to do" in #LastEpoch, and after a long session of "sibling time" with Ace, we landed on what I mean by that. Last Epoch is missing some sort of a season's journey to focus on other than just grinding and getting loot.

Yesterday was my first day on Tirzepatide, and it is really fucking weird. I have no sense of hunger. I can feel physiologically that my stomach is grumbling, and as such should eat, but I have no "I'm hungry, and I want to stop being hungry" sense.

It also feels like it has quieted my mind in other ways. I feel way less anxious right now, and the "dark voices" that have always told me to end my life seem to have been silenced as well.
