@sashag@anarres.family Yeah, sure! :) I'm excited to hear what your team thinks about this concept. (Though please keep in mind that this is just a proof of concept developed in the scope of a thesis and not a finished product by any means and that the app covers few and basic topics at this point.)

@uwe@social.tchncs.de Falls es dich interessiert. Die Auswertung erstellt im Hintergrund eine Tabelle mit Gewichtungen über die einzelnen Aufgaben hinweg. Diese werden bei Erfolgen oder Fehlversuchen entsprechend geupdated. Diese Gewichtungen berücksichtigen allerdings nicht den Inhalt von so etwas wie usepackage. Daher kommt das zustande was du dort siehst.

@uwe@social.tchncs.de Mal von der Tonalität deiner Frage abgesehen, nein, das ist kein schlechter Aprilscherz. Das Feedback ist eher auf mathematische Commands ausgelegt und funktioniert bei einigen Aufgaben, wie du hier siehst, nicht so wie es sollte. Das ist sogesehen kein schlimmer Bug sondern ein nicht ausgereiftes Feature. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle nochmal eindrücklich betonen, dass es sich hier um eine Thesis mit 6 Monaten Zietumfang handelt. Das ist nicht mein Vollzeitjob.

Unter einigen Chromium basierten Browsern hat sich die WASM Version wohl nicht so gut mit der TeX Rendering Bibliothek vertragen. Hab die Webversion jetzt erstmal auf Javscript umgestellt. Falls ihr beim Laden ein Problem hattet am besten einmal den Cache leeren und neu laden, dann gehts. Firefox User waren afaik nicht betroffen.

@lehrerseele@mastodon.social mach am besten mal einen Screenshot. Das sollte eigentlich nicht vorkommen (Der Aufgabengenerator schließt eigentlich gleiche Lösungen aus, eventuell ist aber was auf der Rendering Ebene borked). Aber wenn du weißt wo das auftritt versuche ich es zu reproduzieren.

Hi,

im Rahmen meiner Masterarbeit habe ich eine Duolingo ähnliche App (Proof of Concept) entwickelt um Studierenden zu helfen ihre Kenntnisse in LaTeX zu festigen.
Um die Effektivität dieser App zu messen fehlt jetzt natürlich noch eine Nutzerstudie und hier kommst du ins Spiel.
Ich würde mich rieseg freuen wenn du dir ein bisschen Zeit nimmst und mir bei meiner Masterarbeit hilfst.

@hexa@chaos.social Since Python is popular in the ML/AI space for training etc. I hope they just use the tooling for their ops and projects and leave it on its tracks for the rest of us. Only time will tell I guess, but yeah, it has a certain taste.
