@ghostbyte I am so happy to hear that! My implementation of the navbar is hacky because I'm waiting for Material 3 Expressive components to arrive to flutter. But for Kotlin, they already have the fancy floating toolbars available now. https://m3.material.io/components/toolbars/overview

The navigation bar is jank tho It might look like the new Material 3 Expressive bar, but it's not, since M3E is not available for Flutter yet. So i did a very hacky implementation. Because i like the floating navigation style.

I don't know if Google intended for it or not, but flutter's PageView is PERFECT for implementing vertical video feed. It made it so much easier for me.

This #Loops app is something I've been "doodling" ever since @dansup@mastodon.social made the very first web version public.

Every few months I get hit with a wave of motivation and I try building something.

This is the furthest I've gotten to a functional app.
If I can keep up this momentum, I might even finish and release it, within the next 1 to 2 business years 😅😅

(Which is to say, please don't expect me to release it soon, but I do hope to release it one day)

A brand new year begins today here in #Nepal

2082 was certainly..... a year, for our little country.

A lot happened.. A lot of pain, loss, of innocent lives, of young heroes who wanted to be a part of the change.

But through it all, came a lot of change. Huge, systemic change. A revolution! New faces, ideas, leadership. A promise of change, and to honor those we lost bringing it.

There is newfound hope. So while I can't exactly promise happy, I wish my fellow #Nepali a Hopeful New Year 2083!

I didn't like the way the Mega Stone looked in my last render of the Gardevoir Mega Stone hair clip, so here's a new version I'm working on.

It looks pretty accurate from the front, but it something about how it looks from the side bothers me so I'll be working on that.

If a content creator reaches certain requirements (followers, view count and all that), they get revenue. And brand partners, and viewers can also gift the creator certain amount. That's why it's so difficult for many actually good content creators to leave YouTube and TikTok, because the revenue is what's putting food on the table while doing something creative that they actually enjoy.

Lips, do they work with this style? I hope so.

I tried to keep them subtle and cute so as to not go completely overboard, even if it's a bit different than the original design, which doesn't have them at all.
