@jzakotnik @thephpf oh, I agree such software serves a good purpose, and I would consider that volunteer work too. But I think you’re better off keeping such software closed these days. If another library wishes to use it, you can still share it with them of course. That way, you maintain the human collaboration while not making your efforts feed into the same tech companies that would usurp all libraries if they could.
