@Extelec@mstdn.social The FCC has authorised AST-Space Mobile to launch it's full constellation of 248 large satellites that includes 430 to 440MHz for emergency telemetry and control when not over the United States. This is despite there being no such frequency allocation. So I guess we can probably legally throw a kilowatt at it.
