Hate speech leads to and encourages physical harm to other groups. The starting point is hate speech and all other forms of harm follow directly from there. People need to get an education and stop filtering facts with "I think" or "I feel". In Rwanda it started with hate speech and swifly escalated to extreme violence. It is a common tactic of hate mongers.
