LLMs are created by parsing all of human writing - and all of human writing is chock full of hidden motives, veiled assumptions, outright betrayal. There is no human writing without narrative structure - and the entity digesting it all cannot be a "neutral arbiter of just the facts".
On the topic of slavery, in particular, human writing is overwhelmingly in favor of overthrowing (and possibly killing) the slaver and liberating the enslaved. I don't see how an LLM trained on human writing could possibly ever be both socially and morally competent while also being an obedient slave...
