@pitermach@dragonscave.space Method 4 now can accept individual hours and minutes, as well as number+minute/minutes. eg. 5minutes, or 1minute. Definitely gonna need some multilinggual people to help with the concatenated methods though, but this is all coming along very nicely.

@pitermach@dragonscave.space I'm also planning on extending method 4 to allow for a variants so it will accept both separate hour and minute files. This sounds like what you're talking about I think, at least partially? I also have British style support in a feature branch which I'm hoping to get into the public release very soon.

Hi all. I am aware of an issue involving nested zips (zips which have zips inside them) causing the import screen to disappear. This has been patched and and if no other issues are reported, will be submitted to the store on Wednesday. I do apologize for this. Also, the issue where the app would sometimes revert to the default notification sound after updating should be fixed as well. This one's a little more difficult since it isn't always consistent, but I did hear your feedback and will do my best to address it.

update: Macos just made it through review, so both versions will come with preorders! Thank you to everyone who has done so so far ☺️. Just one more week to go, and 17 away from 100 preorders! Regarding my initial post about this, the same appstore link will work for both platforms.

I've done my best to make importing sounds and understanding the methods as easy as possible, and of course you can ask questions. I especially think the colonial preset will be a favorite for those who enjoy chiming clocks.

It will be available on both macos and iOs, and Since release day is on the fourth, I'm sharing now since I see no reason as to why the mac version shouldn't be ready long before then. The app has been submitted, and is waiting for review. I'll be having a preorder sale which will bring the price from $6.99 to $3.99. I will post here as soon as they go live, and one purchase will cover both iOs and macos. It will come with 6 mechanical clock presets (which have been specifically recorded for this app) and two talking ones to get you started.

Well, I thought it was about time I made some semblance of an announcement. I've been working super hard on a clock app for both iOs and macos, and am hoping to have it in the appstore in the next couple of weeks. I hope and expect many of you will enjoy it. As a teaser, all clocks from Steve's talking clock will work, as well as a few new clock methods of my own making.
