@QUinton1110 @kaveinthran @mcourcel @mfeir I'm so excited about this app. A friend of mine has a great collection of chiming clocks that he has shared with me, and is happy to have them distributed. Small though it may be, I can see a blind clock fans community developing, I'd be happy to help out if you need a hand creating that kind of resource.

@mcourcel @mfeir I like the fact we'll be able to import sound packs. Suspect I'll take a while to get my head around that but it'll be worth it, I hope I've still got Steve's Clock in my backups, I would love to have Patrick Perdue burping the hours again on my iPhone ☺️

@gallagher123123 My dream is that one day we'll have that kind of app on our AppleWatches, although I'm assuming we wouldn't have enough RAM for that. I'd definitely try out your app if I had a Mac. I used to love the PC app Steve's clock, I ran that one for around 10 years. Used to have some chiming clock apps on my iPhone but was frustrated when they'd drown out the audio of anything else I was listening to, hence my dream that one day there'll be a great chiming app for the AppleWatch.

@bemyeyes I've used iOS since late 2012, and have voted in the Golden Apple awards for as long as I've been aware of AppleVis. Having said that, I'm concerned that voting would be somewhat difficult for newer users as the voting form takes some work to locate, due to its place at the bottom of the post. Just wondering if the page could be easier to navigate in the future. Also if AppleVis was an app, a user could stay logged in, which would make forum interaction easier for newer users.

@overcastfm@mastodon.social Thank you so much for following up on this, I've just submitted two reports. Both episodes were promos, and one thought it was an original, and the other said it was a reissue, but both showed up as current episodes even though I'd set it up to skip promos and reruns. From other feed subscriptions I've observed, it seems to know how to handle reruns, but the promos are still sneaking through.
