I introduced four newbie’s into #OpenStreetMap and went mapping with them in #Bonn. I talked about osm four an hour. Now we are outside mapping for two additional hours. I think they are hooked.

I sometime miss a very rudimentary editor directly in the OpenStreetMap.org object view, just able to edit/add/remove tags when waiting for iD is not necessary or remote loading seems to much.

#39C3 is over and post congress depression is settling in. But it was so nice meeting some mappers on the #osm assembly there.

Oh it seems the #umap on OpenStreetMap.de is beeing updated at the moment. I'm really looking forward to the new version. I have use for many of the new features that are coming with that version.

I have many public domain maps on umap which I use as source for #osm and #wikidata.

Always strange finding object that have been last edited by my self such a long time ago.
