As long as the question of Taiwan exists, the Chinese will never entertain Trump's on-way-traffic discussions over it. Any UN resolution on the Straits of Hormuz by the US and Bahrain will fail. China and Russia will veto it. It best for Arabs States to close down all US bases and enter formal agreements with Iran to end the war. We live in a world, where politicians will say anything to win votes or to remain in office. We have countless military coups in Africa and regimes in Asia that never want to let go. On top of that we have despotic dictators, who only leave office when they die. If this mess was dealt with by America instead of supporting Israel and creating proxy wars, there would be no refugees fleeing to the West, to Europe, or to America too. #politics

The Chinese got nothing from Trump concerning Taiwan. It is doubtful whether they will keep their word over supplying weapons to Iran, the Straits of Hormuz or Iran's nuclear ambitions. My statement "on the Iranians also need to improve": you have to look at it from several perspectives. If your nation is under siege with assassinations of scientists and leaders, without any respect for international law, its only natural that their response is equally brutal. Only when Israel, America and the EU change their approach, can Iran be told to behave better. #politics
