  Open question: Say a loved one dies and you want to look up information about how to get access to their online accounts and non-physical belongings, like digital photos. What kinds of words or phrases would you enter into a search? Or if you use AI for search, how would you phrase the question?

  I just wrapped up another English lesson with the farm Lao workers. They've been practicing making small talk with customers. It's a small farm with a ceramic studio on site, and the aim is for it to grow through added tourism, hence the English lesson.   Never be too shy to send an email. As a writer, I reach out to different people all the time, but even in my personal life, I will email just about anyone. An author whose book I loved? Email delivered! A professor who might point me toward new resources on a topic? Check my sent folder. Write your message with love and care, even if it's to correct something, and you will be surprised at the number of people who reply.
