  i stopped tooting, boosting and interacting in the fediverse due to burnout the worst, lowest part of the burnout has passed (and i hope for no relapse) but i still manage to wreck myself whenever i work too long, with no breaks, no movement i feel a deep sense of fragility in one part of me, the one that runs out of energy and ravages the body with headaches. another part, co-existing, is impatient and wants to go right back to doing stuff
