  I am not big on the word "forgiveness" because I feel like it's really unclear what it means. Like, how do you forgive someone? How do you forgive yourself? I did a bunch of research into it a while back, and the resources I found that actually described the process sounded more like something that happens to you over time than something you actively do: you become less emotionally affected by what happened, for example.

For example, in the game Avowed, there's a dwarf character who says a few words in the language they use in the dwarf city he used to live in like every other sentence. Those guys are doing something really new and cool, but also something that draws on the work of absurdists and musicians that have been around since before AI. They're making something really difficult musically work really well.
