Might be slightly controversial to say, but I’ve started enjoying Mastodon more after accepting it as a social network mostly for neurodivergent people. It’s small and probably going to stay that way, but I honestly like having a place mostly just for us. It’s like the early internet again, but this time we know why we are the way we are.

@jonikorpi I think you're right (at least right now). Mastodon isn't necessarily the social media place for everyone, but it's certainly the place for me.

@jonikorpi It's funny. It's small here and my number of followers is about one tenth of what I had on Twitter and yet I get far more engagement. It's almost like algorithms are horse shit.
