Was in a meeting with some colleagues - also developers - who were complaining about having run out of AI credits for the month. It&#39;s like seeing your friends all get addicted to a dangerous new drug. Scratching and sweating and going &quot;I just need a bit more AI to get me through, man.&quot;

I&#39;m a huge fan of the Defense Grid games but DG2 came out in 2014 and there have been no signs of any further development on the series. Until today when the devs just dropped new DLC out of nowhere. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1080920/Defense_Grid_2__Aftermath/

You know what would be a good use for home assistant speakers? I&#39;d like to be able to put my phone down in another room and walk away from it, and have a speaker in another room notify me *only* if I get a call or text from a whitelist of contacts. If my wife or one of my kids is calling, then I want to know about it. Otherwise it can wait until I next pick the thing up.
