I think you're right (at least right now). Mastodon isn't necessarily the social media place for everyone, but it's certainly the place for me.

@edsanders2 @jonikorpi I prefer to think of it as social networking than social media. Social media are companies run for profit, which exist to get people's interaction. Fedi isn't that, thankfully. We're not the product for once.
