This grand Linux experiment I am running is testing to see just how good the experience is for a newcomer. I was writing about Linux in the late 90s for a living and I&#39;ve used it of and on in the intervening 27 or so years. I know what I&#39;m doing. But approaching this like someone who has just left windows and has listened to the just switch crowd, the experience is a nightmare. I&#39;m simply trying to install a retro computer emulator. It shouldn&#39;t be this stup...
