Irgendwie habe ich den Eindruck, dass Suchmaschinen auch nicht mehr das sind, was sie einmal waren. Oder besser gesagt, ich habe den Eindruck, dass bestimmte Seiten aus welchen Gründen auch immer nicht mehr im Such Index bestimmter Suchmaschinen erscheinen. Bin ich mit diesem Eindruck alleine? Was ist aus Projekten wie Yacy geworden - weiß da jemand etwas? 🧵 …in keinem der Toots oben hatte ich mich um YaCy Websuche gekümmert. Ich hatte #YaCy vor Jahren mal ausprobiert aber funktioniere meiner Meinung nach nicht gut genug. Doch nun hatte der Entwickler den Projekt zustand und seine Historie so wie Funktionalität und Zukunft erklärt. Danke @orbiterlab@sigmoid.social, ich werde nun damit #Suchen um es zu testen und zu verstehen. That's why I, as a software developer, support everything decentralized. We create our own solutions and improve existing major projects. One of our recent initiatives is to completely rewrite the Yacy search engine for our needs. This is a decentralized network that gives freedom to users. Nobody will monitor what you search for.
