Another bizarre Grok Korean translation involving Tomodachi Life 🫠 Despite Grok embarrassing the company on a global scale with sex-themed translations involving the game, no one has added a parameter to Grok that 친모아 (Chin-mo-a) does not mean stepmother, it means #TomodachiLife. Mistranslating Tomodachi Life as something about mothers is a very bad literal syllable reading by Grok. And it's a trend. In this post, the user says "I made Sawk in Tomodachi Life." Grok rendered it as "I made a stepmom and daughter-in-law account with a super cheap price." There is no possible word for "daughter-in-law" in the phrase "친모아로 격귀 만들엇슨요." But Grok went to porn because 친모 is "biological mother." #tomodachilife

My roommate has been occasionally throwing out quotes from #TomodachiLife and it gets me every time. He was in the kitchen getting some food and suddenly I hear, “it’s sooooooooo goooooooooooood.”

The new Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream Direct pretty much paints the sequel as more of the same but with added customization features and better interaction possibilities between miis. Nintendo however already announced that they've "decided to place restrictions on certain image sharing features". What that even entails remains to be seen, but since they're set on selling a PEGI 3 rated game withb broad customization options... #tomodachilife #nintendodirect #nintendoswitch #nintendo
