An update on Swans (untitled). I have achieved base coat on everything! (I did shoes after this shot, but trust me, they’re done!) I have smeared this painting so many times with my brace that my brace looks like a Kandinsky, but I think I’ve fixed the canvas.
We are nearing completion, and I still don’t know what to call it…

Wildlife photographer and videographer Robert E. Fuller constructed a hide under a swan's nest so he could view the new cygnets close-up with their parents. 🦢 🦢 🦢
He's always very careful with his nest boxes and other hides so that he doesn't disturb the birds.

Sure, you spent all day yesterday looking at geese, but have you seen swans at a cocktail party today?
The painting is taking shape, 10 minutes at a time. 🤣🤷🏻♀️. I am astonished I haven’t smeared it yet, if I’m to be honest, although I am taking brace off to hold the brush, so I don’t have an exoskeleton to account for. Heh. Still haven’t settled on a name for our flock, feel free to suggest!
