Hats off to independent reporter Desiree Townsend, who has been fearlessly pressing Republican aides for information about McConnell. Lordy, this independent journalist in #WashingtonDC posted several videos today documenting #MitchMcConnell being wheeled around, apparently nonverbal. She tried to ask him a question about the farm bill and he just raised a hand, his face fixed into that death mask smile. Then he was wheeled into his office, where the attending physician for Congress entered and stayed for like 40 minutes before they wheeled Mitch to the floor. There, he almost voted with Democrats.

Oh my, y'all, this is hilarious, and Gov Beshear's decision to let McConnell's seat sit empty is looking smarter and smarter. Now the Republicans are swearing up and down that #MitchMcConnell is going to be up and doing in the Senate when they gavel back in on September 14th. Because they refuse to admit he will never return, they can't advance a farm bill from a committee he chairs. I've been saying that TMZ, although a garbage outlet, is the only outlet pressuring people to talk about #MitchMcConnell. I stand corrected. The fucking GATEWAY PUNDIT is doing it too. There are TWO complete garbage outlets stalking the staffers who used to wheel Mitch around and generally pretend he was doing the job. Obviously I don't feel like giving the Gateway Pundit clicks if I don't have to. But it says something that even rabid Nazis are raising questions. And CBS will not. #media

There was a procession of a flag draped coffin through Louisville #Kentucky last night, prompting some people to speculate that #MitchMcConnell was the deceased. That funeral procession was actually for a police officer who was found dead in his home. There were rumors on other platforms so just clarifying here. That said, I'm 100% with the people who were joking yesterday "I can't believe Mitch McConnell died tomorrow!"
