I see the “State of the TYPO3 Market 2026” survey as a valuable opportunity to strengthen the strategic role of translation handling in #TYPO3. Please take a few minutes to participate and share your perspective on #multilingual content, #localization workflows, and international multisite requirements: https://forms.gle/xdsSyU1v5KUoh3xN9

#Localization is at the heart of the Tractor team. We believe no one should be left behind in the digital world just because of a language barrier. That's why our first user-facing application #Carburetor is already available in 29 languages; and we're just getting started. You can help make privacy accessible to even more people by adding a new language, completing unfinished translations and improving the existing strings. Join our localization effort: https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/carburetor Every translated string helps someone take back control of their privacy.

I know a service is located in the United-States when there aren't any specifications of currency in pricing, and almost nothing mentions where they are located on the website 🫣 People speak English and use dollars outside the US my American friends. Please try to keep us in mind. #Localization #US

I wrote up my personal philosophy on translating ancient texts, as informed by being raised in a religious environment that had a very unhealthy relationship to its texts. https://xn--hmr.net/classicalchinese/translationphilosophy/ #classicalchinese #translation #localization #philosophy
