🇮🇹 Terrain update for Italy on the Freemap outdoor map. Where high-resolution LiDAR is available — most of the centre, south, islands and north-east — hillshading and contours now come from a 5 m model instead of the interpolated 10 m TINITALY. 🏔️ Poland now has detailed hillshading and contour lines across the whole country! Until now, the high-detail terrain data only covered a small area in the south near the Slovak border. It now spans all of Poland. Poland is mostly flatland, but the detailed relief brings out lovely subtle features — gentle undulations, river valleys, and landforms you'd normally miss.
