EPA allows Bayer to choose the dicamba regulations that it prefers. Besides posing dangers to human health, dicamba tends to drift away from targeted fields. It affects crops and trees and its "drift" has caused hundreds of millions of dollars in damages to crops and forestry. Despite this crisis, EPA is allowing Bayer to regulate itself.

"The province listed creeping bellflower as a prohibited weed in 2010 under the Weed Control Act, which states that "prohibited noxious weeds must be destroyed and noxious weeds must be controlled."
