This rather intensively used BlackBerry Curve 8520 was released in August 2009 and had 512 MHz CPU, 256 MB of internal memory, Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi for connectivity, 2 MP camera able to capture 320p videos and quite well working optical trackpad
