Really like these articles' visualizations of transforms, especially the model→view→projection. Other articles do a better job at in-depth explanation (e.g LearnOpenGL chapters) but that's fine since these seem more like notes than anything.

@lizzy Do you feel the same extends to projects like Guix and Nix? I bring it up because while they're distros in their own right, they can also sit on top of one, much like Flatpak et al. I guess this boils down to why someone installs a particular distro (currently a 5+ year Fedora user eyeing Gentoo, I like a relatively stable system but with packages that don't remind me of Debian).

Clojure’s code is written and reviewed by humans. Code generated by a large language model or similar technology, such as Anthropic’s Claude, GitHub/Microsoft’s Copilot, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Facebook/Meta’s Code Llama et al, is not compliant with the covenants and representations of Clojure’s Contributor’s Agreement, and is thus not acceptable as code for Clojure.
I'm aware of Hickey's sarcastically titled post "Thanks AI!" post but didn't expect a formal position tbh. Good stuff to see.

@dillo You could also use sourcehut's paste service: https://paste.sr.ht - But you'll need a free account. I upload pastes via the hut command line tool for it with hut paste create --name whatever-title-i-want file-to-upload.txt

I asked emacs-devel: Are LLM contributions welcomed in GNU Emacs by the maintainers and contributors?

Therefore, we urge Anthropic and other LLM developers that train models using huge datasets downloaded from the Internet to provide these LLMs to their users in freedom.
I sort of expect FSF, and therefore GNU along with Emacs, to be somewhat accepting of LLMs eventually, if they are "open". Too copyright-brained for their own good. Unfortunate.

Yeah, that's what I was doing as well: using tabs as a poor man's bookmark management tool, because Firefox on its own doesn't care about you actually using bookmarks to any real degree. I basically never had many of those 400+ tabs actually loaded.
Just in case you might want something different, you might like linkhut for trying to deal with this instead. It's something I've recently started heavily using myself along with the extension linkput making it extremely convenient to bookmark all the things. It's open source, bookmarks can be imported and exported via a single HTML file via the web or through various means on the command line (or other external tools) through its 1:1 Pinboard API. Along with other people using the flagship instance of it, it also turns into a great search tool in general, not only for just your own bookmarks. Also has RSS feeds for any combination of tags and user profiles. It's sick as hell.

@joshavanier Do you see a personal website primarily as something to broadcast to others or as something you regularly use for your own sake? I feel like a personal website only makes sense for selfish reasons, in the sense of it being a tool for you.
