• GenAI is not The Next Big Thing; that's just hype and recency bias
• LLMs are at the top of the curve; any improvements are diminishing returns
• The entire AI industry is a house of cards and will vanish overnight once the bubble bursts
• Neural networks are not magical and won't herald AGI
• In fact we have no path to AGI based on our current (lack of) understanding of intelligence
