I just saw another lazy “writer” promoting human reviewed AI slop as a money tree. Maybe my writing isn’t popular, and maybe I’m slower than an AI slop jockey, but at least I can be proud of my work rather than just being a fraudster.

The irony of my least viewed Medium post simultaneously having my highest read ratio is actually kinda sad. If you aren’t aware, none of my Medium posts are behind the paywall. I don’t put any of my posts behind the paywall, because the hassle isn’t worth the minuscule amounts I could get paid to do it. Of course, I knew going in that short story fiction rarely does well on Medium, but I didn’t think it would get just two views.

@johnsundell I wanted to point out that Task actually has a “result” property you could’ve used in the asynchronous example where you commented that there’s no builtin way to convert an asynchronous closure into a Result value, it just has to be awaited like the “value” property you used later in the article.
